I was skeptical of Rover at first, and like most others, our puppy is our baby- I wouldn't leave him with just anyone. Mackenzie had great reviews and is super close so we decided to give it a try with daily walks while we were commuting for work. From the moment we met Mackenzie, we knew he going to be in great hands. Mackenzie has been taking care of our Rocky now since July, and has been a complete lifesaver. From emergencies (caught on crate puppy cams) to last minute sits and extensions, Mackenzie always goes out of her way to provide excellent care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, loving, flexible, and understanding. Rocky now goes to daycare regularly and is more than thrilled every single day. This affords us immense peace of mind and comfort: knowing he is happy, having fun with his friends, and more than well taken care of. Updates and pictures are a great mid day cheer up also! We highly recommend Mackenzie for any and all Rover services! Rocky loves her and her household, and couldn't be in better hands!
