Hello! My name is MacKenna K. and I live in Cudahy. I️ currently offer morning and evening drop-ins or walks on weekdays, and I am flexible on weekends. I love to watch dogs and cats because I'm a vegan who is passionate about animals. Dogs have always been in my family and I was the primary caretaker of my beloved dog, Bo, when I was growing up. As of 2024, I have been pet sitting in Milwaukee for 7 years. Through Rover and other dog walking services, I️ have walked over 100 dogs in the area. I’m skilled in walking and sitting and I️ have lots of experience taking care of 2+ dogs at once. While I started Rover with a primary interest in dogs, I have grown to love cats, too, through many cat sitting gigs. I'd love to take care of your pets!

As pet sitters, we believe in leaving clients’ homes as clean or cleaner than how they left it! I️ always clean up after the pets and myself and treat your home with respect while you are gone. I’m always careful with security and make sure doors are locked up while I’m there.

I️ always do a meet and greet before the sitting to go over all the details and I️ appreciate when clients leave me notes, too. I️ want to know what your pet’s schedule normally looks like, do they have any triggers, do they normally have accidents, are they okay to be left alone, etc.
A typical day
I treat animals like little, furry friends and do my best to make sure they're happy and comfortable. I know that dogs love walks so I plan on exploring and taking dogs around the neighborhood if their owner requests it! Once the dogs get to know me I would like to relax and pet them. I might watch TV or do work while pet sitting but will always pay attention to the dog to make sure it has food, water, or take it outside often.
