So sweet and friendly gave me updates of my dog and pictures. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using her again for future services

Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. This sitter failed to let us know they had a pregnant dog at their home and never offered meet and greet with our dog. We were in San Diego to film a wedding and left our 5 M.O German Shepherd with her. 3-4 min after we left she started messaging us on the app to come back saying our pet and her pregnant dog are not getting along. Our pet is not aggressive at all, he’s undergoing AKC training and loves to play, had we known this sitter had a pregnant dog at home we would have looked around for another sitter. We drove back immediately, a gentleman opened the door and he said they can’t have our pet because they have a $15,000 dog in the house. If someone can do this job then why sign up for it? We had limited funds, we already prepaid for this sitter and it took 3-4 days to get our money back. We ended up taking our pet to the wedding we were filming and found another sitter later on, this another sitter loved our pet as everyone else. I would not recommend this sitter to anyone. She told us over messages that this is why she does meet and greet and yet she never offered us and she said she failed to mention her dog is pregnant because she’s newly pregnant, we booked this sitter day before. Because of all this, our work got affected and all plans.
