Pet care experience
I’ll love on them like they’re my own, and take care of them just the same! I have had experience with smaller dogs, as well as large ones. I’ve also had experience with anxious, aggressive dogs- I’m always more than happy to meet before the booking to ease your worries. To add, I of course spend time devoting to each pet I check on/walk, but I tend to spend extra time on those who really have trouble with their owners not being present. If you’re wondering where cats are in any of this, just know that the same applies as I have a moody boy of my own. All in all to say, you can fully trust me with your fur baby because I will make SURE that they’re treated no less than my own. :)

The first thing I do when I come through a client’s door, or my own, is to immediately greet the animal (fur baby) that I’m taking care of. Quietly, if needed, because I am fully aware that the more anxious get spooked at a loud voice. Once the pet is comfortable with me- I feed them, give them fresh water, and when they’re done we walk/play.

Please let me know if your dog’s routine with you on a normal day so that I can try to stick to that for them, but also if they are anxious while you’re not present. And with that, if they have any comfort items/special treats to help soothe them.
A typical day
Personally, my own LOVES to play fetch so I’m always ready to throw the ball until they’re ready for a nap. But if they’re not a fetcher, I really try to do the things they love the most- whether than be their favorite toy, frisbee, or keep-away game.
