Maci and Josh were very friendly and took great care of Chiqui. They were flexible with when to drop off pets and when to pick them up. There was an incident with Susy, my other dog, and it was handled in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them. Thanks so much guys!

Overall the stay seemed to go well. I had plans to do a meet and greet with her the day before and then she cancelled after I reached out to make sure it was still on so that really made me nervous and unsure how my dogs would do with her dog. Then when I went to drop them off I had it scheduled for 6. I reached out again to double check and she pushed it back to 6:30 and then to 7. I told her I would pick them up around 6 and she reached out needing me to either pick them up by 5:30 or I would be unable to get them until 7:30 even though she said anytime 6-9 worked fine when I dropped them off. She was helpful with keeping me updated during the stay. The biggest issue was the inconsistency with the times.
