Hanah and Mabel provided overnight care for our poodle, Kirby, twice in the past year while we traveled out of town. Kirby can be shy with new people and they were both so patient and gentle with him. He got lots of love and attention while staying with them. We really appreciated receiving daily updates and photos while we away. Kirby came home to us after both trips happy and safe. We’ll definitely book Kirby care with Mabel and Hanah next time we travel.

This was my first time using Mabel (or Hannah?) I'm not sure which person I interacted with. They were quick to respond but aside from that left me worried and stressed while they watched my dog, Dino. When I dropped Dino off, they did not let me come inside to see where he would be staying, they did not ask about his feeding schedule or any specific needs he may have— they just took the leash and ran inside. I was left wondering if he would be cared for properly. Throughout his stay, I had to ask continuously for photos and updates. When I did, I got 1-word responses and blurry photos where my dog looked alone and sad. Also, while he was staying there the temperatures had dropped to around 10 degrees farenheit and she continued to keep him out on their covered patio. I was told "to not worry" after all this, which I did not appreciate either. With all the other Rover sitters I've had, I got a sense the sitter was genuinely caring for Dino, whereas this sitter felt like they were just collecting money and not taking any special care for my dog.
