I am a California Native who has worked as a dog sitter in 🇺🇸Los Angeles, the Bay Area, 🇫🇷Paris, Marseille, and 🇧🇪Kortrjik. I love staying active when I have a doggo around. Out for regular walks in nice spacious parks or on the Seine. Anywhere I go, usually the pups go - unless they have physical restrictions. I've worked with dogs as small as chihuahuas and as large as 100lbs Rottweilers, and a range of temperaments. I will treat your dogs as if they were my children, and can provide references from families I have house sat for as well as those I have dog sat for. I have some experience training dogs and put it to use in order to make everyone’s life easier. If you have any questions or special requests concerning your furbaby please feel free to ask! I look forward to meeting you and your lovely pup! (Also most of the photo updates sent are via whatsapp or text, so the Rover count is not accurate—my clients can attest to my attentive communication) [Note: I adopted Rocky May 2023. I do not always bring him along on sittings and I can take him to my partner’s (his other half’s) place if I need to complete a boarding with a dog who does not get along with others.]

Lyz was absolutely amazing. We had a last minute cancellation and we went from first contact to a confirmed sit and video call within about an hour! Lyz was super accommodating as our information was out of date and our apartment wasn't where the ad said it was, and she negotiated bad public transport to arrive right when she was needed. We had fantastic communication with her throughout the sit, with many videos and updates on the pets, which was really reassuring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lyz again!

Lyz est une super dogwalker! Elle est très attentive et responsable. Mon chien Cody était très comfortable avec elle. Je me sentais en confiance lorsqu'elle emmenait Cody en promenade. Nous réserverons certainement à nouveau avec elle!
Par où commencer ? Quel mot assez fort choisir ? Lyz est just exceptionnelle. Je suis régulièrement amener à chercher des gardes pour les chiens de mon employeur et je peux vous dire que je n’ai jamais mais JAMAIS trouvé une dog sitter aussi extraordinaire que Lyz. Elle est patiente, bienveillante, de confiance, professionnelle, disponible et très attentive !. Elle a remarqué que Vicky avait une otite… ça montre à quel point elle se soucis! Elle envoi des photos et vidéos régulièrement, des compte rendu sur leur journée ensemble.. elle passait énormément de temps avec elle (longue promenade au parc, l’emmenais avec elle chez ces amis…). Tellement de chose positive et d’exemple… vous savez ce genre de personne qui ont un don avec les animaux ? Lyz en fait partit !

Currently staying in a small 19m2 apartment in Paris. I have hosted large dogs here, as well as some large dogs with hip issues. Luckily we have an elevator. I live on a busy street, but can very easily access small quiet streets for walks, and the nearest park is only a 20min walk. It’s a great park to go off leash, or be able to stay on leash and avoid off leash areas.

A typical day
Doggies need physical AND mental stimulation to varying degrees. I cater to the dog in my care to ensure that their unique needs are met. Whether that means taking two 2hr slow walks a day, with some scent work in the apartment as play, or just doing a few 30 min walks a day all depends on your dogs breed, their usual exercise level, physical limitations, as well as level of socialization.

I’m currently working from home. This allows me immense flexibility to work with dogs who perhaps cannot be left alone due to stress or anxiety.
