I am a recent empty nester. My son is in now a sophomore in college and lives near Nashville, TN. My niece and her doggie lived with me for approx. 10 months while saving up for a place of their own and they recently left so it is just me now. I own a condo with lots of common ground behind me. I dog sit often for family and friends (including the one shown in the pic). I work from home so I am able to take them out as much as needed and love to take them on walks so we both benefit from the exercise. I will follow your advice and requests related to schedule, feedings, or whatever rules you wish to enforce.
