I booked Lynn with little notice so my girls and I could take a quick trip before I needed to return to my classroom for the school year. Although, she prefers a weeks notice, which I understand, I appreciate that she was very quick to respond and was willing to help me out. This was my first time using rover and I was so pleased and put at ease the second I met Lynn! Not only is her home spotless, she is warm, quick to communicate, transparent, and makes you feel comfortable from the minute she greets you and your fur baby! She is also very knowledgeable since she used to breed huskies and has a lot of experience with many different breeds. So she had a lot of helpful tips that she was willing to share with me from her experience! My dog, Daisy, seemed very comfortable with her and seemed right at home. I love that she only takes one dog at a time and so she can give your fur baby her full attention. I also appreciated that she sent me updates and pictures. Overall, Lynn was super responsible and trust worthy. I would use Lynn in a heartbeat the next time we plan a trip, but I will give her at least a weeks notice next time around ?!
