I am currently on vacation from using Rover. While I love dogs and have enjoyed watching them through Rover, I have had bad luck using the app on my phone during active stays that were booked ahead of time. The customer service has not been helpful and after contacting them, or trying to contact someone, other than a standard computerized answer I have decided it is just too much of a hassle. I hope many of the dog owners here will be able to arrange to have your dogs with you but if you have to be away from them I hope you have a great experience and your dogs are well taken care of- I think I have used all 125 of my words that are required now- thank you & best of luck!!!!
