Could not have asked for a better sitter for my pup! Lynn was amazingly flexible, knowledgable, welcoming, accomodating, and overall a wonderful sitter. She took the time to truly get to know my dog and me, and provided the best care possible. He returned to me happy and worn out, and I did not worry about him once in her care. Could not recommend Lynn enough!

Lynn was great with our dog, Huckleberry! We are from out of town and needed a sitter for 2 nights in Helena. She was very accommodating and instantly put our pooch at ease. She sent us pictures and we could tell she took care of him very well and our dog had a great time. Lynn is highly recommended.

Lynn has lots of experience with dogs and is very good with them. She and Gus instantly bonded. She lives on the edge of a large park and gave Gus lots of time outside. I can't imagine a better caregiver for my dog.

Kind, trustworthy and reliable

Hello! I am Lynn a 45 year old pet and house sitter and yoga teacher. Your dog and I can explore the trails of our amazing city park, exercise at your place or take leisurely strolls along the Helena neighborhood avenues. I care for many of the dogs in this beautiful city and hope that your dog will be the next to join my pack of well-loved, well cared for, well-exercised critters.

I have more ...

What Lynn would like to know about your dog

Generally, I would like to meet the dog in question before agreeing to spend extended time with them. I don't feel it is safe to take unsocialized dogs to the mountain and I need to know what level of containment the pup will need. Rapport is key, but each situation and dog needs to be individually experienced. I don't have any breed restrictions, but will expect that socialization will have been a priority in the dogs' training.
I will need to know the pup's daily routine. Especiall when they are far from home, the illusion of normalcy is very soothing to them.

When Lynn watches your pet

Here's where we'll take our walks
Please Google Mount Helena city park. I can't say enough good things about this amazing resource. Trails go on forever, dogs off leash to greet and play with and it is all literally just outside my door. For elderly dogs or those who need a tighter reign, there is a flat, sidewalked road called "Le Grand Cannon" that runs on for several miles two houses down that I love to walk on. Amazing views of the valley and nearly everyone observes the leash laws there.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement
If your dog is staying with me, I would ask that you bring his or her bedding or crate to my house along with a t shirt that you have slept in or with for several days. If we are staying at your place, wherever your dog usually sleeps! I don't let dogs sleep in my bed very often, it helps with pack order, but I can do this at your house.

Time I'll spend with your dog
All day! This is a 24 hour assignment for me. I will be gone to teach yoga, socialize and grocery shop and that's about it!
