Your pups play while you're away!

Pet care experience

As a dog mom, I know how stressful it is for them when you aren't home AND they're in a scary, uncomfortable kennel. You want to know your dog is taken care of while you're out of town. As a long-time dog lover, there’s nothing that I enjoy more than being able to give your pups the love and affection they need while you are away. I would be honored to be entrusted with your dog in your absence! I have been a dog lover for years, which includes being a pet owner myself. I adopted my first dog Sparky in 2009. Sparky truly gave me a purpose, something to care about and for, someone to be responsible to. Adopting him was the best decision I ever made. Sparky has taught me so much about life and love and myself. It's been a pleasure being his mom. Sparky crossed the rainbow bridge in July of 2018 and I miss him so much! When I saw Gary at our local humane society, I knew he was my dog. Gary is snuggly and adorable which covers up his mischievousness! And, when Dachshund Rescue South Florida needed a home for Morrie, I knew I was her best shot for love, happiness, comfort and acceptance. I’ve really enjoyed taking rescues and animals into my home for everything that it’s taught me about dogs. I’ve taken care of a lot of elderly and sick dogs, which means that I have plenty of experience administering medication. I've had to give Sparky and Gary pain meds and antibiotics before and have no problem with that. I’ve also administered injectable insulin to a diabetic dog and eye drops to dogs with eye infections. Whatever your pup’s needs are, they’ll be in good hands. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood with lots of grass to sniff and plenty of pet parents! I walk my dogs multiple times per day and would love to add your dog to the pack!

Can not say enough good things about Lynn and her care of Buddy. Lynn makes you comfortable while away by keeping you constantly updated with pictures. I never had any concern about Buddy and he probably thought he was at summer camp. If you need a dog sitter, do not look any further, you can trust your pet with Lynn.

Thank you Lynn for fitting Zuri, Ethel, Ginger, Mae, and Sissie into your schedule!!! That many dogs with that many issues that need that many meds can make "that many" messes and thank you for not letting the eye drops, special food, multiple medications, or syringes scare you away!! xoxo

We could not be more pleased with our experience leaving our dog Gus with Lynn. She was very kind and hospitable and took excellent care of Gus. I loved getting pictures to keep us updated about how he was doing. She was also extremely flexible as she willingly agreed to take care of Gus an extra night on both ends of our trip when we encountered travel difficulties.

Information Lynn H. would like to know about your pet

Some things I like to learn ahead of time: Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? What’s your preferred method of communication? Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? What’s the best way to spoil your pup?

A typical day

I want to do what you do with your dogs. If you play fetch in the yard, I want to do that. I want them to feel happy, safe, and comfortable even when you're not at home. I always like to know about what your pup really enjoys so we can design a stay around that. We always love to get plenty of exercise throughout the day, so any stay will feature tons of walks. Of course, my pups are always happy to keep your dog entertained indoors or out as well!
