PERSONALISED LOVING IN HOME STAY
Pet care experience
I love dogs. I've been fortunate to have had 3 as family members over the years. I saw them through their lives from puppyhood to the end. Care for a dog in a home is so much better for the dog than a cage in a kennel-especially for long term stays.
Reviews
Thank you Lynn for your fabulous attention to detail with my sweet senior girl!
Lynn took wonderful care of our dog. We look forward to her caring for our dog when we go on our next trip.
Lynn was very knowledgeable with dogs and very conscientiously followed my instructions. She welcomed using Cooper’s own bed for his comfort, and even suggested a piece of our clothing to ease any anxiety, since this was our guy’s first visit. Lynn communicated with me regularly to keep me informed, and sent a few pics as well! Nice knowing Cooper was well cared for.
Lynn was absolutely amazing and accommodating with my aussie! She was so flexible and easy to work with! Very caring and sent photos/updates daily! My pup was very well cared for!

Safety, trust & environment
Safety & Trust: I require Emergency Contact info, and Vet contact info, from the client. Your dog will always be on a leash when outside. As far as trust is concerned, I am willing to provide my Vet contact info for my clients to contact for a recommendation. Rover reviews are a good source of recommendation. I will do pet Meet & Greets with every new client. Enviroment: My goal is to reflect the home of the owner as much as possible. That means feeding the same food and treats. Using the dog's bed or crate from home. Using owner scent items from home. And, doing my best to reflect the same environment the pet has at home to help your pet be comfortable in my home.

Information Lynn D. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if your dog has special daily expectations such as play, walking (eg. typical distance, frequency if staying multiple days). Is your dog taking any daily meds? Does your dog have any other daily food or behavioral requirements I need to fulfill or be aware of during the stay? Owner should provide food, toys, bed and treats. If the dog might be skitish staying in a new environment, please provide some item with owners scent on it to calm the pet in their cage/crate or on their dog bed while staying here.
A typical day
First, l'll work on establishing a feeling of welcome, safety and comfort here with your pet at drop off. Second, a trip outside if needed followed by feeding if drop off is near mealtime. After the basic needs are met, a walk around this wooded community- with lots of sniffs to be explored and examined. Later we will play with toys if the pet indicates or watch calming evening TV or music to end the day. I will incorporate activities the owner indicates the pet likes or expects.

Availability
I am a retiree and I'm at home every day. Your dog will get first priority with me. If they need to go out, I stop whatever I'm doing and take them out. Walks are done based on the owner's preferences (eg. distance and frequency). Your dog will be treated like one of the family as I would treat my own. Petting, walking, being part of daily activity in the house, and watching TV or listening to calming music in the evening is part of the home experience provided for your dog.
