Pet care experience
I ran a dog rescue for 25+ years out of my home. Specialized in helping and rehoming special needs dogs who were abused, abandoned, sick or handicapped. Shared lots of love with them in a home environment, showing them to trust, teaching basic commands and finding their forever homes. As a child I could not wait to have my own animals and have had dogs, cats and horses of my own for over 55 years. Friends and family have always relied on me to take extra care of their babies and I have loved every minute of it!

Wonderful as usual!!
Lynn was so great with our mini schnauzer, she slept with him in her guest room because he is used to cuddling at night. She clearly loves dogs and treats them like her own, and it shows.

My husband and I have a spacious and happy home with a secure & fully fenced in back yard. We provide lots of play and rest periods for our guests as well as many snuggles as your babies can handle!

I will need proof of current vaccinations & current vet clinic your dog uses. Are they dog friendly? Are they house trained? Let me know if your dog requires special care or medications while staying with me. If they have any medical issues i.e seizures etc that I would need to watch out for.
A typical day
A typical day starts early to welcome the day! I will stick to your dogs feeding schedule, whether it be 1-3x a day, we spend lots of time outside so your dog will get lots of sunshine & fresh air. Your babies will stay safely contained in the house and yard for playtime. If they have favorite toys and bedding, please bring so we can make them feel at home while they are away from you.
