Pet care experience

If you are wondering about my Rover Rating I offer this explanation...I've operated as an Independent Sitter for over 15 years now. Yes, I am a Professional pet care provider & I customize my 'rates' by 'weight' (an option not given to me here). I am a retired Vet Assistant and Kennel Tech with 4 years of AAHA accredited work experience in addition to caring for animals for over 40 years of my life. The Majority of my bookings come from Referrals. You can see the reviews from them for yourself on my FB page Woolfe and Me 'Cage Free' Pet Care, PLUS all of the photo albums that I create with every pet I watch...I decided to offer an alternative to 'kenneling' by opening my own home to well behaved 'pups'. I cover all my bases. I began doing this back in 2009, before the Rover team decided to capitalize on People of my Profession. I require a Meet n Greet before accepting any dog into my home or committing myself to it's care. Unless I am booked for an Overnight Stay elsewhere, any day/time that is convenient for you between 6am & 8pm can be scheduled. If I don't think the animal will be comfortable while staying with me I will say so. I specialize in special needs animals who require 'extra' Human Attention & Interaction, or have Medical Needs. I Limit the Total Number of pups that stay with me per night. Contacting me through my page saves 'you' 15% or more. Either way a Meet n Greet is mandatory

Very friendly. Very specific on all needs for our dog. Sent pictures. Raven was very content with Lynda. Being an old blind dog with diabetes, I was very concerned and Lynda did a great job. Will definitely have her back.

Linda knight has kept my two min-pin dogs on several occasions and have been extremely happy with the results. They were walked bathed and played with. After experiencing them nervous wrecks when I picked them up from being boarded I couldn't be happier.

Information Lynda K. would like to know about your pet

1) I have an Owners Release & Pet Profile that must be completed & signed by my clients, no exceptions. 2) A Meet n Greet is a must...this is a home, not a kennel. I want to make sure that the pup is comfortable with the new environment & has at least met me prior to their visit. So I am not the right person for last minute 'booking' 3) I do not 'walk' dogs that are not properly leash trained. If there is too much yanking from the dog, they will have leashed potty breaks only. They can play in the yard for exercise.

A typical day

I'm currently living on 5 acres of land, and have very few neighbors so walking the grounds or the mile of road is usually a wonderful break from being in the house when the sun is shining. I have single acre out in Como (Doggy Summer Camp with an enclosed partially covered (shaded) play yard. Gentle spirits can be separated from the higher energy pups if they aren't wanting to join in with the pack.
