Weekend drop off/pick up times are 7am-8pm with prior coordination on the window of time of your arrival. We consider these our “business hours”. Please choose drop off and pick up times during booking within these times. *Dogs under 15 lbs only. no exceptions. *Note puppy rate is more than standard. Puppies require a lot more attention than older pups. My price is significantly lower than other rover sitters in my area under the premise that we accept low maintenance clients. Puppies require more attention and supplies like diapers and pee pads. IMPORTANT STUFF **Our clients trust us to care for their fur babies. We will not compromise this. Please be upfront with fleas, manges, and other communicable illnesses. The health of our family, pups, and clients are of utmost importance. We will not take your dog if they pose a health risk. If discovered while you're away, they will be quarantined until you arrange for someone else to pick them up (additional $100 for the inconvenience + all veterinarian expenses + transportation). If you can't, an additional $100/day (in addition to vet expenses + transportation) for the inconvenience until pick up. We also will refuse future booking requests. ** Remember that your dog will be with other dogs. Make sure they are protected by keeping them UTD on their shots. ** Let us know if they're sick. We can't tell if they are inactive because they miss home or if they're sick. HOW IT WORKS (more detailed info below) - Fill out the details about your dogs as provided by rover.com - Select your dates, drop off and pick up times - Request booking - Rover.com will alert me and I am able to see details about your dog - I'll respond via app/text to hash out details - I'll first make sure we can agree on a time and date to meet. - meet and greet (optional) - drop off - I send you daily updates if you like with pictures - pick up - Rate your dog's stay Book again! (highly encouraged) >> Meet an Greet: Typically 15-20 min to assess good fit and a great time for us to talk about your pup's care and drop off/pick up time agreements. Meet and greets are at Harman’s Park near Arundel Mill or another public location. We do not hold them in our home and we do not let clients inside. I know you want to know their conditions. We let the 100+ reviews speak for how well we care for the pups while maintaining boundaries and without letting strangers into our private space. For safety reasons I do not give my home address until booking is confirmed (paid). Booking through Rover provides all parties protection from scams, if you're worried about that. >> Reservations: Once we decide your pup is a good fit, book your reservation on Rover.com Rover will charge your card to secure booking. Once my calendar is full other potential clients may not be able to book on the dates you've reserved. Check out my cancellation policy if your plans are not solid.
