Pet care experience
I have been a pet and house sitter as well as having had and taken care of pets my entire life. I have definitely been missing my extended furry family so much since moving to Steubenville for my Masters program. I have helped dogs give birth, nursed puppies, kittens, and baby birds back to health, have rescued and found homes for all kinds of animals from shelters, parking lots, and all over. I have experience with dogs, cats, goats, horses, chickens, geese, and animals of all shapes, sizes, personalities, home backgrounds and levels of energy. I’ll love and take care of your pet like they are my own. I LOVE to play or cuddle with animals and will not fail to do so no matter how tired I may get. Your pet(s) will be very safe with me!!

This was our first experience with Rover, and we were pleased with the experience. Lydia seemed to be very caring, and our dachshund returned in great shape. We caused a snafu when we put in the wrong time for pick-up (a.m. instead of p.m.), but Lydia was very accommodating and flexible.

A typical day
Neighborhood walks, park time and/or dog park time! I love to take our friends on runs, play fetch with them, and enjoy playing inside houses too!

I am currently a full-time first year Masters student at Franciscan University, so besides class obligations and potential changes with internship/practicum hours, I am quite flexible during the days!
