Pet care experience
As someone lucky enough to have a dog, I know that pets are family. Anyone can walk your dog, but would you want just anyone? I have a fun loving but still calming energy. I’ve never met a dog that didn’t love me (and likewise). I also have years of experience, including 2 years educational experience in a high school veterinary magnet program. I volunteered at an animal hospital for 1 year, and have been walking and pet-sitting on the side for 5 years. Not to mention caring for my own dog for the past 12 years. I am a great caregiver, smart, and reliable. If you are looking for someone trustworthy to go into your home to check on your dog, I am honest and reliable. I would never invade your privacy or be careless enough to leave your dog or home in a way that could cause harm. I’m the perfect pal for your pup!

Lydia is a long time pet owner herself, owning a dog for over 12 years who for the last 2 years has had diabetes. She responsibly cares for her daily insulin, food and other needs. She also is a kind loving empathetic person who attracts dogs of all kinds and is genuinely nurturing. She is very careful and responsible and takes animal care and their rights and feelings very seriously. Any dog owner can rest easy while their dog is in the hands of Lydia.
Lydia has owned a dog her entire life. She is one of the most empathetic and responsible people I know. Her dog has diabetes and she takes care of her so well. She is a true caretaker. I would let her take care of one of my dogs any day.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors ahead of time. If your dog is reactive on walks please let me know ahead of time so I can choose appropriate routes. If they require specific medications please convey that. If they are prone to attempt escape from the house, or if they are food-aggressive and need to be separated from other pets during meal time. Communication is key for me to give the best care to your pet!
A typical day
I love to make sure pets feel as comfortable with me as possible! Although their parents are away, I want them to have a good day too! Walks, pets, and games are on the schedule. They will know they are the good-est boy/girl ever!

I currently work part-time, so I have time to come take care of your beloved pet during the week and on weekends! I have a flexible schedule so I can even drop in multiple times a day.
