Pet care experience
First time using Rover? Message me for Info on how to get $20 off your first booking! Hello pet guardians, I know my profile says Luz but I go by Martine :) I have been on Rover since 2018, and it has been such a privilege to connect with all types of cats and dogs! Experienced with caring for a variety of dogs - large and energetic breeds, couch potatoes, velcro, reactive pups, dogs with separation anxiety, and senior dogs with special needs (going deaf/blind, has mobility issues) I have some experience administering medications for cats (pills/tabs, oral syringe, insulin injections) From 2018 to 2019, I worked for a small business as a daytime dog walker mon-fri. I did both solo and group walks (up to 3 dogs at one time) and puppy visits! I got into dogwalking because I love spending time with dogs and consider it to be therapeutic. I also take pleasure and pride in capturing a dogs' essence in adorable and funny photos. I strive to never miss the opportunity to be in the company of such wonderful creatures because it brings me pure joy.
Reviews
Thank you sooo much Martine! Lucas and Tater nearly did not even want to come back. They were soooo loved and cared for ❤️❤️❤️ Until next time! ❤️❤️❤️ thank you!
Reliable and engaged as always. Kind to our cat, plays with him, and was even available last minute. We will continue to be repeat customers
We always feel super relaxed when Martine is with our Liam! The best sitter we’ve ever had!
Martine stepped in last minute mmafter the original cat sitter had a family emergency on the first day of my trip. She took amazing care of my cat and really helped alleviate the stress of the situation. She sent so many pictures and photos and really went above and beyond my expectations! Would highly recommend her and will definitely be a repeat customer!
