Quick response on a last minute request. Luz provided pics and updates throughout our Maeaon’ stay.

Luz is a lovely lady. She is polite, kind, and loves animals. Sadly I must give her only 3 stars. While she is a lovely person, her attention to my dogs was not great. Leaving puppies with her-going over details of their actions and needs, and knowing they were 6 months old-she left food and spices out where they could get into them. She did not watch them which allowed them the time to get into the items that were left in their sight/reach which made them very sick. My older dog (8 years) is a small toy poodle, and he too had bad issues from people food/spices-so whatever was left out was within reach of a small 10 pound dog; or she fed them scraps?! Specific instructions are on Rover profile, in emails with sitter, and discussed in person at drop off. I hate I have to leave this review, but others should be warned of this situation.
