Lulus is the perfect sitter. She is among the few that I would trust with a furry family member. I've seen her in action not only sitting doggies, but as a caregiver for children & for her patients as a nurse. Lulu is thoughtful, professional, and could put any one at ease when you are unable to care for your doggy. She will not let you down and has all the experience anyone could ask for from emergencies to showing your furry family member(s) the love they deserve. You will not regret choosing her as your Rover Sitter!

Lulu is a very nice young girl who I'm sure is great with small dogs. However, I have two large dogs and she agreed to do an overnight with them. Reflecting back to the meet and greet I should have realized she was not up for and overnight and after I left for my trip she claimed to be concerned that because my dogs ears were up he was an aggressive dog. She did not stay the night and because my dog needs to be crated poor Maverick was left in the crate for 32 hour of our 36hr trip. She did not communicate with us that she had a problem staying the night until it was far too late to do anything about it. I called her twice and hours went by without a word from her, so I had to reach out to Rover for support. I will not be using her services again and did not get what I paid for and I did not get my money back from her either. Not to mention the stress of the situation put a huge damper on my trip.
