Pet care experience
I was one of the primary caretakers of a beloved springer spaniel (Yoshi) for many years and have helped take care of several cats and dogs for friends and family over the years. This includes dog walking, giving affection and spending time with pets, feeding and administering various medicines including eye medication. We adopted an older rescue dachshund last year from Larimer Humane Society and she has been the best decision we ever made!

Luke has always been available to walk Rufus on our schedule, and even in emergencies when I am stuck at work. He is great with Rufus, and I know Rufus looks forward to his walks.
Luke has been a pet lover since he was a little boy and had to make due with a hamster. His hamster Flash was the lucky recipient of endless hours of gentle play via intricate mazes made of blocks and toys with yummy hamster treats to discover along the way. When his parents were finally persuaded to get a dog by his steadfast care of a rodent 😉, he was overjoyed and has been a devoted dog owner, lover and caregiver ever since. Because his living circumstances presently preclude pet ownership, being a dog sitter would fill a space in his dog loving heart.
Luke was always kind and caring with our springer spaniel, Yoshi, while growing up. He not only loves dogs, but is also a dependable, reliable and trustworthy individual.

Availability
I currently work at a brewery most nights, from about 3-9. I’m looking for morning/early afternoon dog walking/visiting. My schedule is sometimes flexible so will do my best to accommodate.
