I had a dog from a pup (lovely chocolate lab) since I was 12, and love being around dogs. I’ve dealt with a dog at all stages of life, caring for mine when he was an old man at 14 years old. I often offer to look after people’s dogs, taking them into my home, visiting theirs and simply taking them on nice long walks to different places and find it as enjoyable as the dogs!

Rocco stayed with Luke again whilst we were away for 2 weeks and Luke was amazing with him. He kept us updated with picture's and videos and we felt at ease knowing he was with Luke. I don't think we could leave him with anyone else and Rocco loves Luke too.
Luke has been fantastic from start to finish. He house sat our two pups and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Luke kept me updated about the pups whilst we were away and sent me lovely photos and a video. Thank you so much!!

I have a fenced garden for your dog to walk in and out of freely, plenty of indoor space for them to relax. I live near a local field for a quick leg stretch for the dogs as well as a large lake to walk around for longer distance walks for bigger and more energetic dogs that need decent exercise. I am also happy to drive dogs (when not working) to a variety of lovely wooded spaces and lakes and take them for little adventures for them to enjoy!

Let me know if your dog has any special requirements - dietary, injuries I should know of (to avoid adding any stress to them, including arthritis) As much as it’s useful to know what your dog likes and loves so we can have as much fun as possible - please do let me know any strong dislikes so we can avoid those situations (I.E. other dogs, children, loud noises, doesn’t like being scratched in a certain place etc etc) ?
A typical day
I love playing with dogs and keeping them occupied. This can be general playing or taking them to new and exciting places for them to explore (and maybe have a swim). I respect owner’s preferences to on/off lead requests but do love seeing dogs be able to go and explore by themselves!

Availability
From September 4th I will be working in london 2x a week (Tuesdays and Fridays). For dogs local I would be able to visit during my lunch hour (15 min drive max.) otherwise as I work from home I could take a dog in for the day or sit in their home and work and keep your pooch company and take them out for a decent walk and give them lots of fuss! Weekends I am usually available to dog sit/walk/quick visit and if bookings are made they will take priority over any personal plans that may come up.
