Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my whole life (owned a golden retriever and yellow lab) and love to go for runs/walks with dogs. If your dog is active, then I am active. If your dog likes to eat and hangout, I can eat and hangout. I like dogs of all kind, but prefer a medium/larger dog that is active and will enjoy a walk/run. My apartment is big enough for dogs to move around have some fun. My roommates dog used to live here and enjoyed it. Friends who come in and out of my place are also dog lovers, which is a plus for any dog staying/walking with me in Boston. Overall, fun guy who likes dogs and will leave a smile on your face.

I prefer a dog that is not aggressive, that is house/apartment trained (wont rip apart couches, chairs, etc.) and generally enjoyable to be with. I prefer retrievers of all kind (labs, goldens, etc.), as well as dogs that want a mix of running around and laying down.
A typical day
I live right next to the Boston Common and Esplanade, which are prime dog walking areas. I am an avid runner, so I can run with your dog, also enjoy just walking around. I am always interested in tossing a ball, throwing a frisbee, whatever makes the dog happy.
