Pet care is my favorite activity!
Pet care experience
At my previous school, I was heavily involved with an organization called 4 Paws for Ability where I fostered and trained older puppies to become service dogs for people with disabilities. Semi-monthly training classes helped me become the best dog trainer and caregiver I could be. This year, I transferred to Indiana University, which is a decision I'm very happy with. However, I had to give up training service dogs and I haven't found a suitable alternative until now. I grew up with dogs and was solely responsible for training and raising my dog, Sam, who I received for my thirteenth birthday. I love dogs almost as much as they love me, and I would be more than happy to accommodate any of your dog-watching needs!

I live in a ground-floor apartment with one empty bedroom, so I can accommodate any size dog. Although there is no fenced-in area in the near vicinity, I love dog walks and, with permission, can take your dog to a nearby dog park for exercise. If you wish for overnight services, I suggest house-sitting the dog at the client's residence as it will be easier for both me and the dog. However, I am VERY flexible when it comes to pet-sitting, and I can make almost any accommodation you see fit. P.s. I'm happy to service multiple dogs and/or cats in one residence (I do have experience cat-sitting).
Information Luke D. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs, medications, or behavioral quirks/issues that I should know about beforehand. I am very good at accommodating to your dogs needs, but I would like a heads up to ensure I can keep your dog safe.
A typical day
I love to take dog walks, though I haven't had the chance to walk a dog around Bloomington yet. There is a lot to explore around the town, so I assure your dog will be fully engaged. I would also love to check out the dog park off N. Walnut if that's something you're interested in!
