Caring for critters? Count me in!
Pet care experience
I grew up in a household with many pets throughout the years. Cats, fish, dogs, guinea pigs, etc. I've always been involved in the caretaking of such animals. I have experience in training dogs, due to raising a puppy to become a guide dog. The training was strict, intense, but full of positive reinforcement. I loved every minute of it! I love and treat pets like family; with respect, kindness, and patience.

Safety, trust & environment
I will always ask detailed questions about where the pet supplies are, what rooms the pets are allowed into, and what furniture is off-limits. Respecting your home space and keeping the boundaries you specify is one of my top priorities.
Information Luis H. would like to know about your pet
I'll always want to know three main things: 1. What energy level is this doggy? (Are they chill and snuggly, hyper and excited?) 2. What behaviors or treatments do they love and dislike? (Are belly rubs okay? What about fast movement?) 3. Are there any medical conditions or medications that I need to be aware of?
A typical day
My day with a dog (or cat!) will vary depending on the pet's needs. I'll happily take them out on long walks, play at the park, and reward them with their favorite toys. Belly rubs and petting are a must, of course.
