My puppy was so tired and happy when I got home and loved Luis! Luis really came through in a pinch and provided updates throughout the night. Your dog is in the best hands with Luis!

Luis agreed to watch our 5-month old puppy in our home for three nights. Over the course of the four days he spent very little time at our house, and eventually, very little time with our dog. After going through the walkthrough Luis setup to work remotely from our house for the day while he watched Bailey. However when we left on our trip, he left the house six minutes later. He returned to take our dog and her crate away from the house with him. While we had agreed to let him take her out and visit his family, we expected that this would be for short visits and never agreed to have her spend the night away from home. He brought her back the next morning and brought two additional people into our house. He then left her alone for eight hours before returning, way too long for a 5-month old puppy. When he returned he brought an additional new person to the house and he parked his car in our driveway for two days. At this point he took our dog away again, planning to keep her out of the house for another night, and we complained to him in the app. He brought her back and spent the night at our house, leaving in the early morning. For the remaining two days (one night) of the sitting he visited our house at most every four hours, sometimes waiting as long as seven hours, and stayed for no more than 30 minutes at a time, except for at night. For all that time our puppy was kept in her crate. While Luis was polite and professional in the introduction and on messages, his actions did not reflect this professionalism or care for our dog. It is clear on the camera footage that our dog is willingly walking into the crate in the beginning of the sitting, but he is dragging her in by the end. The overall neglect of our dog's needs (e.g. having a bathroom break at least every 4 hours), lack of time spent with her, and the strange people and cars he brought to our house made this experience disappointing and frankly upsetting.
