Pet care experience
As a former dog owner, and someone who grew up around dogs and other animals, I've always had a soft spot for any dogs and love playing and taking care of them. I've looked after dogs and cats for years, whether that's for neighbours while on holiday, or for friends and family. I have also had experience caring for and training puppies, and understand the additional care and attention required for more senior furry friends and have experience caring for animals with specific health conditions. I am responsible and reliable - if you're looking for a dog lover with plenty of experience caring for canines, who is a big fan of walks, playing and cuddles, then look no further!
Reviews
Lucy is a very caring individual who loves dogs very much. She has looked after our Springer Spaniel on a few instances and he has always been very happy to see her.

Safety, trust & environment
I always like to do a quick meet and greet to get to know your pet: their likes/dislikes, temperament and personality, energy levels, if they're chatty or vocal, whether they get on with other dogs, and any other specific requirements or health conditions. I can take dogs out in gardens or go for walks in more public spaces like parks and beaches (depending on your dog's individual requirements, for example, spending quality time at home to cater for more nervous pets). I can offer drop-in services for feeding, playing, walks, or just popping in as a friendly face to say hello! I also have experience house-sitting for dogs, so am more than happy to look after them in this environment too. Whenever a pet is under my care they are supervised at all times - I know what antics some cheeky pets can get into when they're given the opportunity!

Availability
I currently work from home, based on Hove seafront, but have flexibility to accommodate for walks and pet care between and around working hours, whether that's during mornings, around lunch or in the afternoon/evenings and weekends - even if it's just a friendly visit to take your pooch out for a short walk and a play, I'm happy to flex as needed!
