I am a retired Physician Assistant and loving that I can now spend more time with dogs. I have had dogs all my life and can't imagine living without them. I have been intrigued with the number of animals, especially dogs, which are named "Lucy". At one point I said to myself, "If I meet one more animal named Lucy, I'm going to write a children's book about them." And I did write the book. It is called "My Name is Lucy" and is available on line. The most recent animal named Lucy is a wild turkey who roams a neighborhood in Broomfield. I don't know who named her, but she is known to the whole neighborhood as "Lucy the Wild Turkey". I would love to spend time with your dog, at your home, at my home, walking the neighborhoods or at a nearby dog park.

I don’t even know where to begin. Lucy watched my baby over Christmas week and did a fabulous job. Unfortunately ozzy was really sick and she took care of him like he was her own. I received constant updates, pictures and videos. She even took ozzy to the vet. Lucy really is the best dog caretaker and you should not hesitate reaching out to her. Also, her husband Craig is amazing and took great care of my baby alongside Lucy. You get two great caretakers with Lucy!
We recently moved from Boston to Boulder and as luck would have it - Lucy was our new neighbor! She's been so kind and wonderful with our dog Bean and Bean adores her. Lucy is a great sitter and your puppy will be in great, caring hands!
I enjoy watching neighborhood dogs walking by our house. They usually stop to check whether or not Lucy is in the yard. If she is, they get really excited and “ask” to come in. Lucy opens the gate, greets them, they romp around in the yard and then go on their way. There’s no doubt that Lucy loves dogs and they love her.
Lucy has been helping care for my 10 year old lab mix this past year. He is not the easiest dog to take care of as he has some separation anxiety but Lucy has been super helpful. Very thoughtful and attentive as well as flexible with our schedule. We would highly recommend her.
