Lucy and her roommates were great. We got pictures every day and Lucy’s reports about Otis’ patterns and nuances were spot on. My only worry was if he’d want to come back home after so much love and activity. We’ll definitely ask Lucy to watch Otis again.

Lucy looked after my dogs Albie and Kato whilst I was on holiday over the summer for a month about two summers ago. I was hesitant to leave them with a carer for such an extended period of time as they had a reputation of causing carnage and being notoriously difficult to manage. However, with daily video updates I was quickly put at ease, as I realised the skill and calmness Lucy approached and cared for my pets. Lucy was and is the best pet caregiver I have ever had, and both my dogs and I are comforted when Lucy is available to dogsit them.
