Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner my whole life, being the primary caretaker for all of them. My neighborhood back in MN knows me as being someone who is very dependable when it comes to watching dogs of all sizes. Skills include having no fear when picking up poop and having a very firm grip on a leash. I'd love to meet your dog and show as little or as much affection as he or she requires!

Lucy did a great job with our 11 week old puppy. When we got home our puppy seemed well exercised and happy. Would for sure ask her again to come and watch her.
Lucy has a deep sense of compassion for all living things and this extends to the way that she cares for and loves dogs. She goes out of her way to anticipate their needs, ensuring their comfort and giving them a compassionate and playful sitter. She is always focused on my black lab, playing with him and taking him for walks, unlike some sitters who aren't always primarily focused on the dog. The joy that Lucy gets from dogsitting is reason enough to hire her!
Lucy is incredible with dogs! She has watched and walked my greyhound, Flynn, many times before. He is very fast and often gets aggressive with small dogs and she handles it very well. She's very good at keeping an eye on him and making sure that he is always safe.

Lincoln Park in general is a beautiful place to walk with a dog. The scenery and architecture alone is enough to make it a memorable time. If approved by the owner, walks through the DePaul quad encourage students to pet the animal and give him/her some extra compassion!
