I Love to play, walk, run, cuddle..
Pet care experience
I love all animals! I have 3 female dogs of my own and they are my fury babies. A Doberman, German Shepherd, and a Lab. I cannot picture my life without my fur babies. One is older and has a strict diet and has to take medication daily. However, she is running around like age is just a number. One is prime age mature yet a baby. The other one is young and full of energy, but still cuddles and sleeps like a baby. I play, feed, care, bathe them, and clip their nails. I put on ther rain coats or winter coats.... I usually help watch my brother's cats when they traveled. One lays there strarring at me like an old cat...other one is young and wrestles my hand and sits on my shoulder like a parrot. I can perform CPR on a dog or human. I have first aid training on dog and human. I did help my previous dog to give birth to 5 beautiful puppies. I have handle dogs with recent surgeries. ( ex: an intestinal biopsy /ovary removal) Owned:gerbil, bunny, fish, small birds, different kinds/size of dogs. Cared for: dogs, hamsters, birds, cats. Taking care and cleaning them wasn't a chore, but more as a part of enjoying that they are happy and cared for.
Reviews
very sweet great with my dog and liked her a lot - highly recommend
Lucy met with us last night & was friendly & knowledgeable. Bella immediately took a liking to her and listened to her well. Lucy took her for a nice walk today as I wanted to see if she could handle Bella especially if I should get busy & need help. She handled her well & Bella is very strong. I will use her again in the near future.
We are so lucky we found Lucy. She has helped us so much with our puppy. She is trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.
Lucy is very caring about dogs and I can trust her. She took my dog to a dog park and even brought a rain dog coat so my dog could have a walk. I highly recommend her.

Either at mine home or Client's, I mainly follow what the owner is okay with and follow as best as possible they way they want training or way of being. Example: not on couch, I will follow suit, so they will not be on the couch. If I feel somethings is wrong, I will not continue and find an alternative and ask for permission. When with me , if I'm outisde they are outside, if I'm in they are in. Example, I camp in my back yard with the kids. I feel safe and secure enough where I sleep on the back deck in a sleeping bag with a mosquito net over me and my dogs, at times when they wish not to be in the tent. Normally, puppies would sleep in the puppy room, where they have a couch tv, an Alexa for music, a camera with two way voice, and sleep in a crate, or not if not needed,

Information Lucy D. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know before sitting for your fur baby: -does it get along with other ppl / children ( since I would be consider a stranger at first) ... -does it get along with other dogs / animals -any special diets - medical needs or medication - Nothing contiougious to either animal or human - bad habbits - favorite thing to do - is she in heat....to be cautious. - any special request or need to know before hand.
A typical day
Depending on the dog and dog's needs and behavior situations....I would see which actives to do. For a basic walk ...I will: -Give them food before the walk and give them fresh water before and after. -Do a light jog to a steady run with them. -Give a treat at the end of the session. For a basic Visit... I will: - Give them food (once I arrive) and fresh water when I arrive and at the end of the session. - Play with them and mix in basic training commands. - Take them out to use the bathroom. - Give a treat at the end of the session. For more adventure I can take them to: - a small or large dog park - hike - kayak with them - take them swimming in a lake or river. ( yes I can swim in pool, river, and ocean waters) - play fetch with either, tennis/ football / frisbees. - play in the snow with them. For ones that just needs attention and is not very outdoorsy.... - cuddle with them - take them in a car ride if thats all they like. ( can go to animal friendly stores)
