Pet care experience
Hey! My name is Lucy, I love animals and have lived with dogs and other pets since I was a child - including two British bulldogs and a chihuahua! I have a lot of experience dog-sitting as I have looked after relatives and friends pets since I was 15, and am always happy to help. I have also volunteered in a vets surgery so have experience with a range of breeds. My goal is always to keep the pet happy, relaxed and safe. I am happy to care for your pet in your own home, so that it doesn’t have to readjust to unfamiliar surroundings. I would follow the instructions and requirements given to ensure your dog is relaxed and safe, and will always tailor my care to fit their unique needs.

Lucy looked after our Labradoodle Truffle who has not had a pet sitter before. Lucy is efficient and highly skilled with dogs. We would definitely use her again as she is Truffle’s new best friend! Would highly recommend.
I can always trust leaving my dog with Lucy, she's efficient and my dog who is usually quite nervous has taken to her so well, she always makes sure Hazel has what she needs, and she's a really lovely person. I would definitely leave Hazel with her again!
Lucy has looked after my lovely sausage dog Bella on a number of occasions for short and long stays both in my home and at her own home and Bella absolutely adores her! Lucy is always happy to take her for walks, following the guidelines and specific needs of Bella. I trust her completely and Bella is always very enthusiastic to see Lucy.

A typical day
Dogs have varying energy levels and needs, and I love playing with them and engaging them in games (fetch and tug of war are some personal favourites of my family’s feisty chihuahua!). I can take your pet on long or short walks, and, as a nature lover, I know plenty of spots in my local area which are perfect for dogs, or can walk them in their usual place.
