Lucy has cared for my dog, Willa Jean, multiple times over the course of the past year, including walking her and sitting for her for up to two weeks at a time. I trust Lucy completely with my dog! Willa loves hanging out with Lucy because they are so gentle, loving, and playful with her. My dog can be shy with new people, but she completely opens up around Lucy's warm and safe energy.

I have no pets in my own home but affectionately call it the Dog Hotel for the number of furry friends I have come by. Although my yard does not have a fence, it is easy to go out any time for a quick potty or supervised run around.

I love to know the general temperament of dogs I watch, the usual foods do's and don'ts, is the doggy treat motivated, and anything else I should watch out for!
A typical day
I prioritize a balance of fun stimulating slow smell walks (one of my favorite facts is that dogs smelling new stuff is equivalent to the brain stimulation of reading a newspaper!), faster energy depleting runs in a dog park or around the bayou, and relaxation time.
