Pet care experience
Growing up, I fell in love with dogs early on, as my family has always had one dog in the house at all times. My parent's friends all had dogs and would rely on me to dog and house-sit and I earned a good reputation, allowing me to take on more "clients" before I left for college. I moved to Scotland for graduate school and so had to take a break from Rover, but now I am back and would love to take on new clients in my neighborhood! I'm a patient, kind-hearted person and can show all dogs, special needs, seniors and puppies, all the love and attention I can give. Dogs give unconditional love and I want to return the favor as often as I can!

Absolutely loved Lucinda (and so did my pup!!!) She was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule, took great care of Marley when I was away even though he can be a grump at times. 100% my go to sitter now!
Lucinda did an awesome job taking care of my girls. I returned home from my trip to 2 happy, healthy, well fed dogs. I'd use her again in a heartbeat.
Lucinda took great care of our cat, Marley, during her drop-in visits. She came by three times during the week while we were gone, made sure he had food/water, changed the litter box, spent time with him, and even sent us a photo. We would not hesitate to use her again!
Lucinda is great. Very punctual, responsible, very good with our dog. Excellent!

I have no breed preferences, but I would like to know if your dog is friendly with other dogs, as I do live with another dog. She is very friendly to other dogs and loves to play. I would also like to know what their favorite activities are and if they have a set routine so I can make them as comfortable with me as possible.
A typical day
I live right across from a park where we can play in the grass and about two blocks away from a fenced dog park where I can take your dog to run around and socialize with other dogs. If that's not really their thing, I would love to take them on long walks along the Mississippi River. I'm a pretty active, fit person so if your dog likes to run, I would love to take them along on my daily jogs! If they like to veg out on the couch, I'm perfectly happy to cuddle all day long!
