My mother was an Animal Control Officer when I was growning up so she would try to bring home the dogs that most likely weren't going to get adopted. I have 2 little dogs named Chewy & Lil Dog. They along with all animals. Chewy & Lil Dog enjoy having visitors they can play with. They have tons of toys and a huge fenced yard with a fenced pool. We enjoy going on walks and going to the dog park. I try to keep the dogs in my care engaged as well as exercised. I would want to keep your dogs' schedule as close to normal. I stay at home so they can go outside as often as they want. We can have cuddle time, go on walks, play with toys, do tricks, whatever is best for your pet is what I am willing to do to keep them happy while you're away. Your pet is part of our family while you are away. They are more than welcome to sleep with us, be on the couch, or in one of the many doggy beds. My young babies (ages 4 & 5) are doggy trained. They know not to grab faces or ears and pet the back of your dog gently. They have grown up with many dogs in our home, so they know to be gentle and to keep space from dogs faces. Mainly they like to watch dogs play and giggle. My girls have their own designated space separate from our doggy guests. Since I have 2 small children at home, someone is home all the time never leaving your pet alone. I love animals and I am willing to do whatever is best for them. I have experience with dogs of all ages and various breeds that may need different levels of care. I hope you choose me to be your pet's caregiver. I do everything in my power to keep them happy, healthy and safe at home while you're away. I have treats, beds, crates, toys, etc. So really all I need is a written list of care instructions, leash and their food. Then it's whatever they want to do until supper. Then I feed everyone again and take everyone outside. I have a completely fenced yard. The pool has a fence around it as well. 2 of the neighboring fences are on the property line and separating my and my neighbors' properties. I'm a fulltime stay at home mom/dog sitter. Everyday, I wake up, let the dogs outside, and prepare their breakfast. Each dog is fed in their own area, and then allowed to play/lay around as they please. At 1pm, I let them out again, unless they signal to go outside earlier. They continue to lounge or socialize indoors until 5pm, when they're taken to the back yard once again. Around 5pm-6pm, I fix their dinner, and feed everyone again separately. The dogs will lounge for a few hours, and be let oudside intermittently (as needed per individual). Last time out is at 11pm, then the schedule repeats. My goal is to replicate the care the owner provides their pet or pets an a regular basis. I typically only require food and a leash. A dog bed is optional if the owner wishes to supply one at drop off. I don't kennel dogs unless the owner does. Dogs are allowed to roam freely, and may hop on the bed, couch, or bed down wherever is comfortable for them. I will also give treats, unless advised not to. My kids and I are home everyday, but in the event we have to leave briefly, someone is always here to watch the dogs. Your baby is my baby. Dog care is my daily routine. All I do is watch and cater to my doggy house guest and my personal children. We wake up, go outside, I get breakfast ready, then feed separately. After breakfast, we go back outside. Then we go outside every 2 hours or so thereafter. In the evening we serve dinner around 6pm. Then last time out is around 11pm. I give affection and treats throughout the day. Fresh water is provided in multiple places. I care for them in the same manner you do. That is why I ask for written instructions. I try to keep the routine & rules similar to home.
