Hi, I’m Lua, your friendly neighborhood pet sitter! I have been dog sitting on rover since 2016. Meeting new dog friends and their awesome humans has been so fun! I’m happiest when surrounded by doggos and would be honored to watch your pup while you’re away. I have 2 sweet rescue pups, Haylee and Enzo. As a fellow pet parent myself, I understand the importance of having a good dog sitter. I treat all my furry clients with the love and attention that I give my own so you can go on your day knowing they are being loved and taken care of. I will keep you super updated during your fur baby’s stay with me, I send at least 1 update a day but can do more or less if requested. My schedule is quite flexible as I work from home, and I’ll do my best to keep your pup(s) on their usual schedule. I’m happy to take them for long walks, park trips, play fetch and of course give lots of snuggles. Please reach out if you have any questions. Let’s set up a meet and greet!

Safety is my #1 concern. For of course your pup but also your property! I always make sure pups leash/harness is on securely, they are eating/drinking, doors are, locked security system on, etc. and I’ll let you know if anything is off.

No breed preferences, I love them all! But it would be helpful to know: - If your dog has had any incidents with aggression or resource guarding (Zero judgment and I will evaluate on a case by case basis, but please know, in most cases I will not be able to house them as the safety of my pups has to be considered) - Any health issues or other special needs that might come up during our time together - Anything that makes them particularly nervous (ex. thunderstorms, larger dogs, vacuum cleaners) - Favorite snacks, toys, games, walking routes, parks, etc.
A typical day
All the activities my furry clients and I share are tailored to what they like to do the most! But I am always down for catch, walks, snuggles, and playing with toys. I respond promptly to messages and requests from my (human) clients. All my clients get daily pupdates about how their fur baby is doing, our plan for the day, and a photo! For my canine clients, they always get lots of snuggles, walks, potty breaks, treats and love.

Availability
I will do my best to stick to the schedule you keep with your pup. But I always give them a walk in the morning before breakfast, midday (on my days off) and afternoon before dinner and night before bed!
