I booked Lu to house sit for my dog for 3 days. Lu and I met before the reservation began and I reviewed with her the care instructions e.g. potty schedule, feeding, etc. Instructions were also typed up and posted on my fridge. Lu acknowledged that she understood all instructions and I provided her with a key to my home. During the reservation Lu provided 1 a.m. update that included a photo. In the photos I could see that Lu was not using the designated walking collar that would keep my dog secure and easier to control. Lu also indicated in one of her updates when she arrived to walk my dog and this time was outside of the designated potty schedule. Last, the reservation was for 3 days and on the last day Lu submitted a request to Rover for a drop-in visit that was not communicated to me previously. Lu also tagged my house key with nail polish to track all of the keys in her possession. From my perspective, Lu seemed very nice in person but only performed the bare minimum of care, did not follow instructions, and did not properly communicate if there were additional drop in visits

Lu is the best, she is a lover of dogs and has watched my dogs many times. I trust her completely with my dogs that are like my children. Highly recommend!!!
