BEWARE: This woman gave the access code to my home to two people, which we never ever discussed. I saw them on my security camera and they were coming at times she was not there. This is a complete violation of trust and of my privacy and security. She also did not take my dog for a single walk in the 13 hours she was there before I told her to get out of my house. And she lost my dog and didn't tell me. I saw my dog running around the carport on the security camera and called Lourdes to ask what the hell was going on. I had to call Rover's emergency line to get a replacement sitter and I had to pay my dog walker to get out of bed at 11:30pm and go stay with my dog overnight (which she normally doesn't do) until the Rover replacement could get there. Lourdes should be banned from Rover.

Lourdes was enthusiastic and professional, showing a lot of love for my cats while I was away. Did a good job posting a lot of pictures and engaging with my cats. No complaints, she did a great job.
