Pet care experience
We have been taking care of all types of babies of different sizes and breeds, from canines to felines, since we started Rover & even before then, total pet care is 10+ years. On Rover alone we have taken care of 500+ doggies alone, this number doesn't count the number of babies we have taken care off of Rover. We don't judge a specific breed, we love all pups! All breeds welcome! Every dog in our eyes is a baby that deserves all the love in the world ❤ At the end of the day, this is our house and not a Kennel so we want them to relax and have lots of fun just like they would at home! Side Note: We Do Not Provide Grooming Services of any kind. PLEASE READ BELOW IN SAFETY, TRUST & ENVIRONMENT TAB, FOR OUR BOARDING/DAYCARE PROCESS. VERY IMPORTANT BEFORE BOOKING WITH US. WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR HOME BY AGREEING TO OUR STIPULATIONS BELOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Highly recommended! Our fur baby loves her dog sitting sessions! Communication is excellent! ❤️❤️❤️

My doggie Sammi LOVES her time staying with Lourdes. She gets so excited whenever she gets to stay! I have such peace of mind knowing my fur baby is well taken care of while I’m away!

Our pups LOVE when they get to stay with Lourdes! She is so caring and does a great job with giving their daily meds! They also love their playtime with her sweet dogs! We never worry about a thing when they are in her care and would highly recommend her!

Beau has such a great time with Lourdes. He loves playing with the other pups. He is pleasantly exhausted when he gets home!

Introduction of Doggy Friendly Pups To Others --------------------------------------- We NEVER introduce doggies at drop off day or when people our pups don't know are inside our home, so please don't just open doors in our homes to force our pups and your pups to meet. Please respect our home while you are here dropping off your baby! We only accept 1 to 2 doggies from Rover at any given time, unless they are more than 2 from the same family. At that time, we will only care for one family at a time. When it comes to introduce your baby to the other furbabies, we do introductions between the doggos slowly once every pup is calm and relaxed, using the pet gates inside the house and either at the end of the day on drop-off or on the second day of their stay, depending how stressed they are about being in a new place. We like to let the new babies roam about and get used to their new surroundings so they can get comfy before introducing to the others. Also we like using the pet gates because we are able to see who they'd rather hang out with and pair them with the friends they pick themselves and vice versa with the other pups! Though we never put energetic dogs with calm dogs, so no one gets overwhelmed, and every baby can enjoy their stay. Same goes for senior doggies and puppies, they are automatically seperated by temperament. Pictures ------------- We send pics one to twice a day during your pups stay, so you can see your babies having fun or relaxing with the the other furbabies. People & Animal Aggressive Pups ---------------------- We do not take doggies that have aggression towards people, dogs, or other animals. We are not professional trained to deal with doggies with aggression so we won't be risking anybodys safety. Please be honest and let us know if they have a history of biting people, Animals or reactiveness towards people or Animals, if you aren't honest with us and your pup tries to bite us or the other furbabies we will have you guys pick them up same day. Meet & Greets ---------------- Meet ups are not required but we can do one if you'd like! Please message us at least a week ahead of your booking date to do a meet up, we can't guarantee we will be available at a short notice for meet ups. The meet spot location is at the Local Lake Lisa Park, this is a public park where there are children, adults & other doggies. You will be meeting one of our pups, me, Robert and our toddler. Our toddler isn't going to be around your pup though as she is still learning. All pups have to be leashed at this park, there's a sidewalk that all pups can be walked through. We do not do meet and greets here in our home nor will you be able to meet our pups either. A few reasons being our pups don't know how to behave with people they dont know, they are very chaotic with their loud barking and jumping on people, we don't want this to cause stress or freak out your pup as their first time experience being in our home. With time and experience, we have noticed the furbabies do better this way, especially newcomers. For meet and greet process between the pups, see above under introduction with friendly pups. Once again, you will not be able to meet our dogs, they do not do good with people they dont know. Please don't try to force your way into our home to see our dogs, please respect our house rules for everyone's safety and comfortability! Supervision ------------- The furbabies will be walked in the fenced yard on leash. We are with the pups when they are together with other pups, when we can't supervise, they will be seperated with the baby gates in different parts of the house. Sick or Injured Furbabies ---------------------- For the safety of the other pups in our care, we do not take care of pups showings signs of sickness or injury: including throwing up, diarrhea, rashes, wounds, etc. We are not medical professionals and do not know exactly what your pet might have or provide accurate wound care, so we cannot risk the health of the pups. If your pup has any of these symptoms within 24 hours of their stay, you will have to pick them up immediately, either by you, someone you know or transferred to the care of their own vet that you will have to contact and set a appt for. Rover emergency hotline will also be contacted immediately as well! Damages to Property/Seperation Anxiety ---------------------------------- We do not take care of pups with seperation Anxiety, if your baby cannot be alone for 1 to 2 hrs at any given time, without damaging property or especially hurting themselves, then you will have to pick them up immediately or have transferred to the care of another sitter, same day. You will also be liable for any damages your pup does to our property.

Requirements for Your Baby's Stay ------------------------------- All i require is your pup to be on flea preventative, there are alot of stray cats in our area which is why we require your pup to have flea prevention when they sleepover as they have to go outside to potty. We also need you to bring the food for the entirety of the time your baby will be here and a message on here or written out paper with instructions of how much food to be given plus any specific times they eat, if that applies to them. Other than that you can just bring whatever else you would like your baby to have during the sleepover ❤️ Please keep in mind we can not babysit any pups that are sick, especially if it something that can be transferred to other pups. We currently aren't taking pups that are over 8 years old, have heart conditions, epileptic, diabetic, etc. here in our home but we can do drop in visits or walkies in your home for your baby. We noticed that older pups majority of all get depressed and sad when they are away from home and don't eat so we will only do care in their own home from now on, they do much better that way because they know their family will be back home eventually. If your pup shows any signs of sickness, like coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. they will have to be picked up same day either by you, someone you know or transferred to another sitter and Rover emergency hotline will be contacted immediately as well. This also applies for pups that dont want to eat for more than 2 days, we understand sometimes they can be picky eaters or anxious about being in a new place and won't eat because of that normally but if it starts becoming a issue Rover will be contact as well as yourself to plan on what to do next with said baby.
A typical day
Here in our home, we let the pups out to potty in our fenced in area or around the neighborhood, games, tv time, napping, eating & whatever else your baby would like to do on their mini vacation! Here they can be themselves to their hearts content ❤ they will be in a home environment, not a kennel caged up all day!
