Pet care experience
I was surrounded by animals growing up with a veterinarian father and worked with him since I was 15. I have been involved with a therapy dog team, visiting nursing homes and hospitals with our dogs. My love for animals and nature make this the perfect after retirement career! I look forward to meeting your pet!

We have a big beautiful back yard on a quiet, non-sports lake. Our 35 lb. Golden doodle loves all activity and would welcome the company. We make it a priority to tune into our dog’s needs and I’ll do the same for yours! From time to play, taking a walk or just chill for a while, I will follow their cues and keep them happy!

A typical day
Morning begins at the crack of dawn or earlier. After finding out from you what schedule your dog prefers, I’ll try to follow that closely with enough potty breaks and outdoor time. I live only a few miles from Orion Oaks Dog Park where we can go if they prefer to be social (will discuss this with you first). We also have many walking trails and bike paths nearby that are perfect for dog walks.

I am recently retired and my schedule is very flexible. I have many sedentary hobbies (sewing, knitting, reading) that I enjoy that require me to balance with activity so I’m excited to get started!
