As other reviews mention, having a stranger stay in your house can be stressful. Louise made that stress go away instantly. Our dog loved her from the first second, and he is not one easily won over. Louise did a fantastic job of communicating with us while we were away and accommodated our pets every need. Even when he had a bad stomach. She handled it and we came back to a happy puppy. We highly recommend Louise to anyone looking.

We had a trip booked for almost a year and our pet sitter/ house sitter canceled a week before our trip. We were frantic! This was our first experience with Rover. We contacted Louise based on her reviews and location and instantly felt comfortable and our precious dog seemed so at ease. We were a little nervous about letting a complete stranger live in our home for almost a week, but that all changed immediately after Louise arrived. She texted us at least once a day with pictures and videos and went above and beyond what we had expected. She left our home so clean and neat and our dog was happy and content when we got home. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could and would highly recommend her to anyone that loves their dog as much as we do. Louise is an absolute gem!
