Louise was great. I felt like both dogs received professional care from her and she followed our directions to the tee. I loved receiving the time -stamped photos she took to let me know that the dogs had dinner, walk, and play time in back yard. What I was not aware of was the cost for the Rover visit of $53.00 for a half hour visit. This is too much money so I will not be using the service again.

BOY IS YOUR COMPANY LUCKY!! louise has been our pet sitter for over three years first taking on the role of dog walker when I had shoulder issues and could not get pulled by my pooch and then a long term pet sitter to my inherited Pomeranian and my Coton de Tulear. my furry friends have had the pleasure of being cared for them in both louise's home as well as a ten day stay in my own home. she is kind, she understands how much a pet can bring love into a life and how well cared for they need be. being a rather choosey person as to who takes care of my little girls, I must say that louise and her honesty, integrity and loving heart goes above and beyond just 'pet sitting'. when I am on the road she sends daily pictures of wake up faces, walking, eating, playing and sleeping. there is nothing better than to receive an up close and personal picture of your pet while you are not there with them. this sets her far apart from the average sitter, walker and friend, she is a true lover of all creatures great and small. I cannot say enough good things about her, her professional attitude and thoughtfulness win my heart and those of my pets long after the vacation is over. wish she could live in our house, for sure our pets would be over the moon with good company and even more love....hire her before someone else does, smart move!!
