Your friendly neighbourhood dog lover!
Pet care experience
Hi I'm Louiesa! I'm originally from the Philippines but I've been in England for almost 7 years now and just almost 3 years in London! I've had 13 dogs (all at once!) as me and my family used to breed dogs back home. I have experience mainly with small-medium dogs, but i have had bookings with larger dogs too. I love having dog interaction as i miss my dogs back home, so I am hoping to build a bond with you and your dog/s. Not to mention my flatmate loves dogs too! My partner also helps me out from time to time! When taking larger dogs for bookings, we have them at my partner's flat which is located in Royal Victoria (on DLR) - as this is a larger space and more comfortable for larger sized dogs. I will of course let you know this before confirming bookings. You will be meeting both me and my partner (where applicable) during meet ups :) Currently, I have had experience with puppies less than a year old, rescue dogs, senior dogs, disabled dogs, and dogs that require oral medication to be administered. There's loads of lovely scenic routes I take near my home when I walk dogs. I live right next to canary wharf and the canal so your dog will be very stimulated! Use the code “LOH75360” during payment to get £15 off your first booking with me on Rover! I also offer price reductions to dog owners who have booked me before.
Reviews
Louiesa is wonderful and super helpful. Lots of pictures of Ted’s stay, will book again!x
Louiesa had been so fantastic with Maggie. Maggie has been well cared for and really happy. I could tell straight away Maggie would be best friends with Louiesa she clearly has a real love of dogs that is really lovely. Thank you
Louisa met us beforehand and also gave daily updates on Skye (incl photos) while we were away. She was responsive and easy to communicate with, thank you!
Louiesa has been amazing with my dog, Evie. She is very accommodating and keeps me updated during the entire time with Evie. Thank you.

I usually let my dogs walk around freely in my home but of course monitor them every now and then to see if they need the toilet or extra attention. This is something we can of course discuss when moving forward with a booking. I allow dogs on my couch in the living room however I do not allow them on my bed. This is just for hygiene and personal reasons. I allow dogs who use crates but I also allow dogs who have their own soft beds, or if they like to sleep on the floor - just let me know of your dog's preference.

Information Louiesa H. would like to know about your pet
Do let me know if there is anything about your dog that I need to know. I usually arrange for a call before a booking is confirmed if a meet up is not possible to discuss any specific needs or quirks about your dog that I will need to know of. If they are a rescue dog, if they are not as comfortable with a particular gender, if they require a lot of playtime, if they have special food - I am more than happy to accommodate you and your dogs’ needs! Dogs that I may not be able to take care of: - Puppies / Dogs younger than 1 year old - Dogs that are NOT potty trained - Dogs that are NOT neutered/spayed - Dogs that are REACTIVE/HYPER - Dogs that bark excessively Please take this into consideration before booking with me; i'm always happy to discuss this with you if your dog has any of these and I may make some exceptions depending on the dog/situation. This is due to the building I live in as I need to be considerate of my neighbours. If your dog has any accidents or causes any damage to my belongings/furniture, I will be requesting a £50 fee for cleaning/replacement. Please keep this in mind. So please be honest with me regarding your dogs behaviours, as I can always take this into account beforehand and see if I am the right sitter for your dog. I do ask that you provide your dogs leads, collars, bed/crate, and their usual food when booking with me. This is to ensure your dog has a regular feel to their routine so they feel more comfortable during their stay. I am happy to provide bowls and doggy bags - however, feel free to provide these too! I am looking forward to meeting both you and your dog ☺️
A typical day
What you can expect from me: - Easy drop offs at whatever time of day (provided it is not a far commute from me). I usually ask to meet up at a nearby supermarket where there is a parking lot incase you bring a car. This is right in front of where I live. Other arrangements are also welcome! - Multiple photos & videos of your doggy throughout their stay both on rover and whatsapp (instagram worthy, too!). - Constant updates regarding their whereabouts (if I have just taken them outside for a walk, given them their medication, etc.) And a daily summary as well so you know what your dog was up to that day. - At least an hour of exercise outside of the house (usually 30 minutes in the morning, 30 at lunch, and 30 right after dinner). However, let me know if your dog requires less or more! - Full focus, attention, and love from me to your doggy. I purposely only take one booking at a time so you can expect the best care for your dog. - You can expect quick replies as I always have my phone on me! - Unless given permission or requested, I will not be taking your dogs on public transport. I will ask you beforehand if you are okay with me taking your dog to parks or public areas. - Happy to communicate through whats app/mobile if rover isn’t your preferred method of contact! - Loads of cuddles of course !!!!

I’m currently working from home most days of the week. For some bookings, I usually get my partner to help me out, but this will be communicated with you beforehand and you will ofcourse get to meet my partner too. I am more than able to let dogs out frequently to use the toilet. There is a communal space where I live that it right outside my front door where I can let your dog have their potty breaks. I also have lots of time in the mornings and afternoon before work to give plenty of walking time! I also keep my weekends completely free when I know I have a booking to ensure your dog gets all the love and attention whilst you are away.
