Hi! My name is Lou. My husband Chris and I work as a team to provide pet care service in Richmond and the South Vancouver Community. Feel free to check out our reviews from our previous clients :) > =About Us= I grew up raising pet dogs - I had a 15-year-old doberman, 16 year-old beagle and now 2 pet pugs (5-year-old and 12 year-old respectively). These wonderful furry friends accompanied me since I was a child and well into my adulthood. I still miss the ones that passed so dearly and have a particular soft spot for small dogs. My relatives are all dog lovers so I have the chance to interact and be with dogs a lot throughout my life. I am also the go-to dogsitter for my friends when they are out of town and volunteered with Dog Rescue regularly back in Hong Kong. Having moved to Vancouver from Hong Kong, Chris and I missed having pets around. We find caring for cats and dogs a grounding experience and would love to play or simply walk them because to us, no time is a better time spent with animals. Your pets will get the most loving care and fun time with us! =Drop-in Visit: How we do it = We care for your fur baby while you’re away, so that they are less lonely, less anxious and given lots of love and attention. We will go to your home to feed your fur baby, administer medication, take them to “do their business”, pet / play with them, and clean up your pet’s living area. Upon every visit, we will send you photos showing you how their appetite, behaviour, mood. You can have peace of mind while you’re away! =Boarding Services: How & Policy = Our spacious apartment welcomes your lovely pet to stay overnight! Due to the pandemic, we have our own boarding policy to ensure we have time after a booking to thoroughly sanitize our home and furniture before welcoming our next pet guests. What to expect: Regular photos and report will be sent to pet owner. Potty, medication and feeding schedule as instructed by pet owners. Daily walks and lots of play and attention for your fur baby! [!!!] Please read the following if you’re looking to book for a place for your pet to stay overnight with us. [!!!] Drop off time for your pet: after 3 pm* Pick up time: before 10am (next day)* (Need to drop off early/ pick up later? No problem- send us an inquiry!**) *Our cleaner comes in between bookings to carry out flea control and sanitizing procedures (10:30-2:30pm). Earlier drop off / later pick up can be arranged but will result in our inability to take the next booking - hence a fee for “extended stay” will be charged to compensate for the loss on our end. We appreciate your understanding and consideration :) **Please send an inquiry if you need extended stay (earlier drop off / later pick up). I will do everything I can to accommodate to your needs.
