Stay-at-home dog snuggler!
Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting since I was in middle school! I'm 25 now with a 2 year old Shetland Sheepdog and pride myself on knowing how to care for a variety of personalities. I am currently a college student. I do not have a job so I'm available for around the clock care for your pup. (All while sending you pictures all day!) My husband is 30 years old and comes home around 3pm. We have an emergency 24 hour pet hospital close by in case of emergencies and there is a pet-cam in the room your dog will be staying that will be occasionally monitored when I am not home(not that we'll need it but just so you have peace of mind). My sheltie loves to play chase with other dogs and can seem high energy so we go on 2 long walks a day with lots of play time inside. She loves dogs more than people. Potty breaks usually every 2 hours. I have a spare bedroom with a crate, queen bed, low/large window, fan, and nothing in reach for a chewer to get into if I am out for errands. I have 2 pet guinea pigs that can be kept in a separate room when dogs are visiting, upon request. I absolutely adore all animals and strive to get them all a happy, healthy, and balanced life!

Lorreen was amazing with Odin, my 8 week old puppy! I know puppies can be pretty busy but she welcomed him & made him at home! He got along well with their resident dog Penny and they played all day. I got a lot of awesome photos of him during his stay & I felt good about his first stay with a sitter. Will definitely be back! :)
Tucker loved his stay at Lorreen's house. She sent lots of pics and kept us updated he came home happy and tired:)
Dino's stay with Lorreen was like the Ritz Carlton for dogs, top notch in every way! She was extremely attentive, caring, and always updating me with info and pictures. If your dog can't be with you, Lorreen is the next best thing!
Lorreen was an excellent dog sitter. She took great care of my two dogs. One of them is a high energy young male, and the other dog has a slight case of separation anxiety. She was able to meet both their needs. Her sweet dog was a healthy distraction to my dogs and provided them with an extra playmate to have fun with. Overall, she provided my dogs with tons of time to play and get their energy out. I also enjoyed all the pictures she sent. It helped keep my mind at ease that the dogs were having fun. It felt like my dogs were at a home away from home. I would highly recommend Lorreen to anyone.

No breed discrimination! I love em all. I do own a very socialized dog; we go to training/playgroups 3 times a week along with dogpark visits. I need to know if your dog is friendly and socialized if staying in my home. I would also like to know a brief summary of their leash habits.
A typical day
Behind my apartment we will go on walks along a creek and small wooded area. We also will go around the whole complex. While inside we can play with all the toys and run around like maniacs (if you're into that sorta thing). We can also practice obedience commands or chill on the couch depending on the mood!
