I had pleasure of Lorna managing my boarding kennels & she performed her duties to the highest standard with the concern of the dogs at the foremost in her ways. She showed kindness to all the dogs & her animal connect really shone through when we had nervous first timers coming in to stay where she spend a lot of time with them making friends & making sure they were welcome & happy. This reflected in the nice comments from dog owners on collecting them & could see that their pets were stress free going home. Lorna also ran the grooming ends of things as well & the highest standard would only do. For a lot of dogs grooming can be a terrifying experience but Lorna always had the aura to calm them & got the job done with the least stress possible. She definitely has the kind animal connection & is plain to see in her ways about how she lives & go about her life. Any animals will be in good hands here with Lorna & owners can be care free leaving them with her.
