Pet care experience
I am a lifelong dog lover and have 2 friendly dogs (Flynn and Summer), who live with my family and enjoy our big (fenced) garden. I was a Met Police trained dog handler and instructor with Border Force for 10 years with my ‘TV star’ dog Diesel and before that I studied Animal Welfare, worked at the Edinburgh Cat and Dog Home, a grooming salon and I now work from home as a chalkboard artist and look after and train a lovely deaf spaniel (Pebbles) each Tuesday but have plenty of time during the week to walk, train and care for your dog. I offer a home away from home where your four-legged friend will be well loved and looked after. We enjoy lovely walks and adventures each day.

I would highly recommend Lorna and 100% trust her with the care of my dog. She has years of experience and has helped me lots with advice and training when we got our first puppy. My dog loves walking with Lorna’s friendly dogs Flynn and Summer and always feel she is in a safe pair of hands when Lorna is there.
So glad we found Lorna!! Whenever we need day care for our dog now we go to Lorna. Monty gets on well with her friendly dogs Flynn and Summer, he is always so excited when we get there. Lorna takes them on lovely long walks and a real bonus for us is she never has too many dogs at a time. Her house is a home from home for him with a large secure garden. I never worry when I leave him anymore because I know he is in a safe place and in such good hands. Lorna just completely knows dogs, she is also the best person to ask for dog training or behavioural advice! Would 100% recommend.
I've known lorna for many years. We went to college together and she was studying animal care back then, so fast forward a few years to where I was in a position to take on a rescue dog. Lorna was the first person I'd go to for all tips and information for how to make my girl Bella comfortable and stress free in her new home with me and any future training questions I had I would speak to lorna about. I've had my girl 3 years now and she's amazing. Very loving slightly crazy chocolate lab who could not be more stress free at home. She really helped in making sure everything was easy for Bella to settle into her New life with me. Fully recommended to anyone looking to put dog onto day care with and any advice needed for any dog from any journey of life
I have had Lorna look after my dogs for me on numerous occasions. I have always felt like I am not just paying for a carer for my dog but for someone that has a wealth of knowledge and someone that understands dogs and what they need. I would highly recommend her and the service that she provides
