Pet care experience
I have loved and resued animals my whole life. Dogs and/or cats have always been a part of my life, but l have also had horses, rabbits, and Guinea pigs. 90% have come to me second hand. At present I have three cats and a small dog. They are all over seven years old. I have cared for the dogs of many relatives both short term and long term for years. I call my children's dogs my Grandpups. Let your dog be my Grandpup too! I am a strong pack leader who will love, cuddle, exercise, and play with your dog. For eight years I have worked for a local school district as a para educator, tutor, and substitute teacher. I am honest, kind, responsible and patient. Lorie has taken care of my puppy, who's not much of a puppy anymore on multiple occasions. When I was unable to house my dog she provided long term care for my baby for about a year. The care she provided for my puppy was more than just a place to board an animal. It was a place that provided a lot of care and playtime to my baby. I would recommend her care to anyone that considers there furry friends family.
When I would not have been able to keep my pitbull Tank, because I had no place to keep him, Lorie agreed to keep him for me. He lived with Lorie for two and a half years and she took good care of him until I could take him back. She taught him to get along with cats. He lived a long life and I am thankful that I got to keep him.
Lorie has watched my dogs on multiple occasions. She LOOOVES animals. She would spend hours playing fetch with my neurotic dachshund Oliver and snuggling with my baby Stella Bug. I would never worry when I left them with her because I knew they were safe and that she would treat them like her own grandchildren. A situation arose where I could no longer keep my animals and she adopted Oliver and has had him ever since. If I were to recommend someone to watch your pet, it would be Lorie. She loves animals and animals love her.

My main concern is that the dog has been around cats and is not aggressive toward cats. I would like to know what they like and do at home. Are they kenneled at night or do they sleep with their owner. Do they indicate that they need to go out or do I need to make them go out? Do they like toys? Do they destroy toys? Are they allowed a bit of human food? What treats are they allowed to have. Of course I need to know about any health problems , who the vet is, and contact inforation and anything else that the owner thinks is important.
A typical day
My dog loves to play ball. Weather permitting we will go for walks on terms that the owner approves of. My dog gets treats to re-enforce his tricks and training. Of course we will cuddle if your dog wants too.
