Pet care experience
My name is Lori and I am a dog sitter. I am very reliable, honest, patient and understanding. Each dog has a unique personality and I believe that each deserves love unconditionally. We always have more than one dog at a time because I believe they play and "talk" to each other and keep each other company. I have had a Terrier mix, a Labrador Retriever, a Jack Russell Terrier, and a Labrador/Pit Bull mix who have all passed away after very long, happy and pampered lives. My husband and I now have 2 more dogs of our own that we lovingly cater to. I recently took early retirement from my job as an accountant so I am home most days now and can spend my time hanging out and taking care of dogs...walking, feeding, playing, and loving. Aren’t dogs the best???!! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. We have always treated our dogs as members of our family. My husband and I now have 2 dogs of our own that we lovingly take care of and pamper. They are both females. Both are rescue dogs. About my yard Our home is quiet and very pet friendly. We have a fenced backyard, but I always go out with them anyway. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable administering oral medication.

My Harry, a 110 pound, 1 year old,Saint Bernard just adores Lori as do I, Dr Pamela Kaiser DVM. I have been Mrs Rowan's Veterinarian for 4+ years and when I needed a place for my big baby while I traveled for 8 days I was entirely confident in trusting him into her care. I have been fortunate to have looked after the medical needs of Mrs Rowan's pets for some time now at my clinic in Jacksonville. As the owner/veterinarian at the Animal Clinic of Mandarin I have witnessed first hand how wonderfully she cares for her dogs and how truly connected she is with her pets. Harry needed a lot of attention and play time, he also needed to sleep in a bed and have playmates 24-7. I needed to have a get away and not feel guilty that my giant baby was bored or lonely or missing me. I hope she will consider taking him again on my next get away and if you need a personal recommendation maybe the best one you can get is from her own Veterinarian! 100% more than satisfied. Delighted. And Harry says thank you to his new doggie friends Maddie and Jessie who graciously hosted him, entertained him and kept him company the whole time. Lori is wonderful and responsible! I am able to go away and not worry about my Oreo, She comes to my house and plays with my Oreo and makes him feel loved while mommy is away.
